We're building AI-powered pre-audit documentation validation for clinical trials, starting with CRF Mobile and expanding to a compliance intelligence platform.
Our Mission
Clinical trials rely on manual documentation review. Errors—missing signatures, undated corrections, ALCOA violations—are discovered during monitoring visits rather than when documentation is created, triggering costly queries and repeat visits.
Nova validates documentation earlier in the workflow. Our AI-powered platform helps site coordinators catch issues before CRA review, reducing operational rework and monitoring burden.
Customer Discovery: In preliminary interviews with 9 clinical research professionals, 7/9 confirmed issues are found during monitoring, not in real-time.
We're pilot-ready: CRF Mobile validated on 50+ CRFs across 3 Phase II/III trials, achieving 95-98% accuracy with processing times under 90 seconds per page.
